Dawn Dahmer, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in diverse financial roles—from staff auditing to serving as a controller for a local construction firm. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Harris Stowe State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA from Grand Canyon University, Dawn became a Certified Public Accountant in 2010. Her career is marked by a passion for establishing robust accounting systems, streamlining financial processes, and providing strategic guidance that helps businesses thrive.

In August 2008, Dawn founded Steadfast Tax & Accounting Solutions, a CPA firm dedicated to serving small businesses, sole proprietors, and start-up companies. She specializes in setting up and optimizing accounting systems, particularly through QuickBooks Online—helping companies without formal accounting structures establish reliable processes. Beyond bookkeeping and tax preparation, Dawn offers insightful business consulting, financial forecasting, and hands-on training for client staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their financial operations.

Dawn is also committed to giving back to the community through education.
